What type of Transportation Do You OFFER?

We currently provide Private transportation only. We do not offer shared vehicle spaces nor public shuttles.

WHAT TYPE OF VEHICLES DO YOU PROVIDE?

For Standard Transfers we will provide a car , MPV’s, minibus , large bus or coach depending on the maximum persons on board.

For VIP Services we use Luxury vehichles the maximum capacity is 2 persons with 3 luggages. Chevy Surburans can be requested for group sizes of 3-4 persons. We offer Limousine and Sprinter buses are limited and must be requested in advance . 

WHICH DAYS OF THE WEEK ARE YOU OPEN?

We currently operate all days of the week except on Fridays 6pm – Saturdays 6pm. If you have a special request we can make some asjustments just ask.

Do you provide car seats or booster seats?

Yes we do, however these are provided based on a first to reserve basis due to limited supply.

Please send us an email requesting car or booster seats and we will confirm if there is availability based on your dates and time. 

WHICH AIRPORTS DO YOU PICK UP FROM?

We primarily pickup from the Donald Sangsters International Airport (MBJ). If you are travelling from the Kingston airport we can assist please send us an eamil to [email protected]

HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM THE AIRPORT?

We are approximately 5 – 7 minutes from the airport.

HOW DO I FIND YOU AT THE AIRPORT?

After exiting the Jamaica customs area you will enter the Transportation Hall. Make a right an exit the airport terminal through the glass doors. On the outside you will find the Groovy Grouper and the waiting areas Column A , B, C, and D . 

We will pickup from Column A for groups of 10 people and under . For Groups larger than 15 we will pickup from Column D section to the end as larger Vehichles need more space to park .  Further instructions and contact number will be on your confirmation email. 

How soon can I make my Airport Transfer Booking?

Bookings can be made up to a maximum of a year, and a minimum of  24 hours in advance.

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE TOURS & EXCURSIONS ?

Yes you can. Whatever combination you desire let our sales team provide the best case scenario for a fun time with our drivers.

DO YOU PICK-UP CRUISE PASSENGERS?

We currently offer Private Tours and Excursions to all group types. For Cruise Reservations we pick-up primarily from Montego Bay and Falmouth cruise ports.

Pick-up from The Ocho Rios Cruise Port is based on availability and a minimum of 4 passengers. Please contact us for all cruise reservations.

HOW SOON CAN I MAKE MY Tour Reservation?

We recommend making Tour reservations a maximum or 3 days in advance and no later than 24 hours in advance. This will help us manage our fleet and ensure your desired tours are available.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS

What type of payments methods do you accept?

 We accept all major credit cards through our booking system. We can invoice you also through Paypal or Chase.  Cash payments are accepted for select emergency reservations but they are our least prefered.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

While we try to be as fair and accomodating as posible we understand there are situations that would require a cancellation. For Covid 19 related cancelations, our team will communicate the applicable cancelation percentage if any. 

24 hours or less: no refund 
48 hours or less: 50% cancellation fee 
96 hours or less: 25% cancellation fee 
96+ hours: full refund

Where can I get Covid tested before returning home?

We understand that with the new protocols for some travelers returning home requires a negative result to be presented to the airlines. There are a few private labs which are currently doing these tests in each parish . The price range as of now is $130 – $300 usd which rapid test require at least 15 – 25 minutes before getting back your results . If you need assistance transportation or for us to contact the closest labs for you then contact us by email so that the arrangements can be made . The list will be updated as new information becomes available .
